Nova Mova Standard Rates for Services

Nova Mova strives to provide the best quality services for the most reasonable costs possible. Our standard rates for basic, stand-alone services for North American and Western European clients are presented below.  Interested Ukrainian companies should contact us for information on our Ukrainian rate structure. 

Actual costs may vary based on a number of factors as described below; urgent work may require a premium, while higher volumes can be discounted. Nova Mova is flexible to negotiate actual project costs and to consider discounts based on packaging of multiple services, high volumes of work, etc.  Before beginning any project, we will develop an estimate of the effort and cost required to complete the work.

Translation Services
Costs for translation services may vary depending on factors such as the total volume, complexity of content, and time requirements. Web site translation projects require additional effort by a programmer, charged on an hourly basis.  Proofreading of stand-alone translation projects is included in the per-word rate.
Basic Document Translation: $0.08 to $0.10 per word (minimum order $50)
Technical Document Translation: $0.10 to $0.12 per word (minimum order $100)
Web Site Translation: $50 per hour

Interpreting Services
Interpreting services are billed at a basic hourly rate. If services are required for more than four hours in a day, or for several days, we are flexible to offer a discounted daily rate. Expenses such as travel costs or telephone charges are billed separately.
Hourly Rate:    $15 per hour

Writing and Document Services
All services are billed at an hourly rate. The rate applied will depend on factors such as the technical nature of the material, source language, and the experience and seniority of the writer, editor or manager. Expenses such as travel costs or telephone charges are billed separately.
Writer/Editor: $50 to $80 per hour
Document Manager: $50 to $80 per hour
Desktop Publisher: $40 to $65 per hour

Business Connection Services
All services are billed at a basic hourly rate. If services are required for more than four hours in a day, or for several days, we are flexible to offer a discounted daily rate. Expenses such as travel costs or telephone charges are billed separately.
Cultural Business Consulting: $60 per hour
Marketing and Contact Assistance: $30 to $60 per hour
Business Assistant: $20 per hour
Information Research: $15 per hour
Travel Planning Assistance: $15 per hour

Expenses
All reasonable expenses are billed at cost plus 5%. These may include, but are not necessarily limited to:
Transportation costs
Lodging, meals and other travel expenses
Long-distance telephone charges
Photocopying and other reproduction costs
International courier and other messenger services
